Booking terms

A booking is confirmed when the £50 deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable but is deducted from your final session fee.

Rescheduling

Newborn sessions are dependent on the baby's arrival, so dates are flexible. For all other sessions, we'll do our best to reschedule within 14 days of the original date.

Final payment

The balance of the session fee is due before the session starts. Payment by bank transfer, card or cash.

Image delivery

Hand-edited galleries are usually delivered within four weeks of the session via a private online gallery.

Use of images

You receive a personal print release with your digital images. Tina Hevingham Photography retains the right to use a small selection of images in the portfolio, on social media, and in marketing — we won't use anything you ask us to keep private. Let us know in advance if you'd prefer all your images to remain private.

Cancellation

If you cancel outright, the £50 deposit is retained. We'll always try to reach a fair outcome where there are exceptional circumstances.
