Tina Hevingham trades as Tina Hevingham Photography, a sole-trader business based at Valley Mill, Millgate, Delph, OL3 5DG. This is a plain-English summary of how your data is used when you contact us via this website or book a session.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, the PDF download form, or otherwise send us a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the message itself, and any other details you choose to share (e.g. due date, preferred date, session type).

How we use it

Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry, deliver any materials you've asked for (such as the expecting-mothers PDF), and — if you book a session — to administer that booking. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Email subscriptions

If you download the expecting-mothers PDF, you'll also receive a small number of gentle, useful emails before your due date. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email enquiries@tinahevinghamphotography.co.uk and ask to be removed.

Service providers

We use Resend to send email, Vercel for hosting, and Cloudflare for DNS and email forwarding. These are reputable processors that handle data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time by emailing enquiries@tinahevinghamphotography.co.uk. We'll respond within a calendar month.

Cookies

The website uses minimal first-party analytics that don't identify you personally. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
